Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of jewelry items, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item. Our team will review the request and offer a replacement if applicable.
