Aisha Gul

Aisha is the founder behind Ashpectrum, but her journey into entrepreneurship began with something much more personal - motherhood.

A mother first, Aisha’s path into entrepreneurship wasn’t carefully planned. It grew from a simple desire to build a life where she could be present for her children while also creating something meaningful of her own.

Like many mothers, Aisha refused to believe she had to choose between family and ambition. She wanted the freedom to be there for her children while also working toward financial independence and building something that reflected her own dreams and creativity.

That belief eventually led to the launch of Ashpectrum - a step toward creating a life where motherhood and entrepreneurship could exist side by side.

Before starting her business, Aisha explored many different paths. Her journey has taken her through diverse roles - from retail and hospitality to aviation and tourism, along with unique experiences such as working as a sushi chef, teaching children, and planning events. Each role shaped her perspective and strengthened her adaptability, resilience, and curiosity to keep learning.

She often says one of her hidden talents is the willingness to try anything and everything and give it her best. That mindset has guided her through the many roles she has embraced in life.

What continues to motivate her most is simple: her children.

Aisha believes that self-care isn’t selfish, and that women deserve the space to grow, explore, and build lives that nurture both their families and their personal ambitions.

Today, Ashpectrum reflects that journey - a reminder that women can embrace many roles, many dreams, and still create something beautiful along the way.
