At Ashpectrum, we stand behind the quality of our jewelry.
We offer a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery for manufacturing defects.
This warranty covers:
• Broken clasps
• Faulty chains
• Manufacturing defects
This warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Scratches or accidental damage
• Improper care or misuse
• Lost or stolen items
If you believe your item has a defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
